Our volunteers create their role based on their interests, skills, availability and comfort level. They choose tasks from a wide range of options: barista, customer service, stocking, admin, program coordinating, fundraising, cleaning, organizing, social media and more. Volunteers learn skills to obtain employment in the community and to build confidence, independence, connection with others and the joy of helping others.
